Can You Help?
There is much detail to be planned and managed in preparing for this Festival.
Such a townwide event has not been done here before, so it is new to us all and we will need all the help we can get!
1. Prayer Support

Participation from many Christian organizations and good support from scholls and local churches,
to make this Festival an effective encouragement to existing agencies and to new commitment to serve.Release of adequate funds so that all costs are met

3. Practical Help
We will need help from experienced PA systems operators Friday 10th evening and all day plus evening Saturday.
We are also going to need stewards and helpers to set up the events and activities, so if you can be available to help, practically on any of these occasions, please contact us. Click here
- Flag and Band Parade stewards (9.30am at Steyne Gardens)
- In St.Pauls Centre (All day of any block of two hours)
- Christ Church Grafton Road (Celebration Event) (5.00pm to 9.30pm)
4. Donations
We will do our our best to make all the events financially self sufficient, but this cannot be assured so donations would be most welcome and a great help. Click here We anticipate the total cost being £1,500 - £2,000. A financial report on the whole event will be available after the Festival
